Learnability is seeking a part-time caregiver for individuals that live in their homes. The shift hours for the position are afternoons, evenings and weekends. Candidates will be interested in exploring the field of direct care and community events together! Great position for nursing students, para professionals and caregivers! Comfortable driving our company vehicle and assisting with daily routines are part of the skills we are looking for. Previous experience in the field is encouraged but excited to train new caregivers interested in pursing this career!
Learnability is a 245D licensed organization that offers home and community based services for adults with disabilities. Our organization is committed to providing services that lead to a healthy lifestyle. We offer a new, integral approach to person centered services. Our role is to support and encourage participants to come to their own conclusion regarding their careers, life choices and services.
Rock Star Compensation:
Our pay is $28.50 for awake hours and $18.50 for night supervision. We also offer 3 hours for every 30 hours worked toward Vacation/ESST each year!
All employees are eligible for 401K after 1,000 hour worked within 12 months of hire.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (less than 3 moving violations in 3 years)
