DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (DSP)

Part-Time Weekend Positions Available – Saturday & Sunday

Looking for meaningful part-time work where you can truly make a difference? Join Greystone Programs as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live more independent, fulfilling lives.

We are currently hiring Part-Time DSPs for the following weekend shifts:

  • Monroe: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00am – 4:00pm
  • Pleasant Valley: Saturday & Sunday, 3:00pm – 11:00pm
  • Stanfordville: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00am – 3:00pm
  • Poughquag: Saturday & Sunday, 10:00am – 6:00pm or 3:00pm – 11:00pm
  • Highland: Saturday & Sunday, 8:00am – 4:00pm or 12:00pm – 5:00pm

What You’ll Do

As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support while building meaningful relationships with the people you support. Responsibilities may include:

  • Teaching daily living and independence skills
  • Assisting with healthcare and medication administration
  • Preparing meals and maintaining a comfortable home environment
  • Providing transportation using agency vehicles
  • Encouraging communication, recreation, and community involvement
  • Supporting individuals in achieving personal goals and living their fullest lives
