The company is undergoing rapid global expansion, with a footprint spanning 13+ countries and 35+ data center sites and a development pipeline targeting approximately 6+ GW of capacity

The Role

We are hiring a Senior Director to own and scale the end-to-end development lifecycle framework across our global data center portfolio.

This is a pure process leadership role. You will define how development happens, not execute it. You will implement a consistent stage-gate model, KPI framework and data architecture that integrates all development functions into a single, auditable pipeline from origination to ready-for-construction (RFC).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and operate the stage-gate development lifecycle
  • Own gate governance, decision protocols and assurance
  • Build and evolve portfolio-wide KPIs and performance reporting
  • Define the development data model (ontology) and master data standards
  • Lead systems architecture (CRM, pipeline tools, BI, GIS)
  • Deliver single-source-of-truth reporting and executive insights
  • Drive process assurance, audits and continuous improvement
  • Align cross-functional teams through a Development Process Council

What We are Looking For

  • 15+ years in capital-intensive development (data centers, infrastructure, energy, etc.)
  • Proven experience building and running stage-gate / lifecycle governance at scale
  • Strong exposure to the data center development lifecycle
  • Experience implementing enterprise systems and KPI frameworks
  • Track record in process transformation, data governance and performance analytics
