Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a strong background in Python programming, NLP, and AI/ML technologies, including advanced concepts and practical experience with FastAPI/Flask, Transformers, and Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning, with a deep understanding of AI technologies and experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI models and systems. Additionally, expertise in cloud services such as AWS and Azure, as well as MLOps practices, will be critical in this role.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a highly skilled AI & Python Support Engineer to join our Application Support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Python development, Azure Functions, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and cloud-based application support. The role involves providing L3/L4 production support, troubleshooting complex issues, maintaining AI solutions, and implementing enhancements to ensure application stability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L4 support for AI and Python-based applications in production environments.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
- Support and maintain applications built using Python, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and cloud services.
- Monitor application health, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and mitigate issues.
- Develop bug fixes, service improvements, and automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
Skills
- Provide L4 support for AI and Python-based applications in production environments.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.
- Support and maintain applications built using Python, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and cloud services.
Qualifications
- Support AI/ML workloads, including model deployment, monitoring, retraining, and performance optimization.
- Maintain and enhance solutions leveraging Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, LLMs, and RAG architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents, problem tickets, and service requests.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, release deployments, and environment management.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, KT materials, and operational runbooks.
