Your responsibilities:
Handle inbound sales calls in Dutch
Deliver outstanding customer experiences, building trust and confidence
Understand client needs, diagnose IT issues remotely, and propose tailored solutions
Present and close subscription-based services
Collaborate with technical teams to guarantee smooth service delivery
What we expect from you:
Fluency in Dutch
Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience (tech/call center background is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Motivation, adaptability, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work full-time from our Sofia office
