Project scope:
During the first phase of the project you will be focused on the go-live support of Dynamics 365FO implementation. As a next step will be responsible to drive the entire process of the collection and definition of technical solution requirements through to the implementation and deployment of a solution for Claims management in MS Dynamics 365. Our client is a global professional provider of a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions with approximately 50,000 employees in 120 countries.

In This Role You Will:
• Provide technical and functional support for Dynamics 365FO implementations.
• Perform system maintenance including user access and error monitoring.
• Work on application support issues with the products.
• Support the end users with issues reported on these products.
• Incident Resolution and communications.
• Work with technology and business teams to support the client’s needs– including identifying challenges on the horizon and supporting constant improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements for future software implementations.
• Develop and migrate developed enhancements of products to production.

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business systems, Information Technology or other related);
• Deep technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics AX.
• 3 years’ experience designing and developing extensions/customizations for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations/Dynamics AX solutions.
• Experience in Workflows, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration.
• Should have good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Good understanding and clarification of business requirements.
• Handling Analysis, Coding, Testing and Quality processes for tasks.
• Should be able to think independently and be solution driven.
• You are an excellent communicator, with strong client management skills, and a real passion for technology.
• Results oriented and self-motivated to deliver with excellence.
• You have experience as a consultant working with external clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of D365FO-related technologies including Flow and Power Apps;
• Dynamics certifications a plus;
• French is a plus.
