We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer/Assistant Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that enhance business productivity.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services.

- Migrate legacy SharePoint environments (e.g., 2013/2016) to SharePoint Online.

- Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements.

- Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools and third-party applications.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in security, governance, and compliance.

 

Key skills required

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online.

- Proficiency in SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).

- Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AD integration.

- Familiarity with SharePoint PnP, CSOM, JSOM, and CAML queries.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

- Knowledge of PowerShell Scripts is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-400, or equivalent).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for SharePoint solutions.
