    We are seeking a caring, dependable, and collaborative Early Learning Center Teacher's Aide to support our growing early childhood program. This individual will work closely with the lead teacher to help create a safe, engaging, faith-filled, and developmentally appropriate environment for our youngest learners. The ideal candidate enjoys working with young children, is a team player, and is committed to helping students grow socially, emotionally, spiritually, and academically.

    Position Responsibilities

    Classroom Support

    • Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities and routines
    • Help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and nurturing learning environment
    • Support children during instructional activities, play, meals, rest time, and transitions
    • Encourage positive behavior and model kindness, patience, and respect
    • Help supervise students both in the classroom and during outdoor play
    • Support faith formation by modeling Christian values and participating in classroom prayer and activities

    Student Care & Collaboration

    • Build positive relationships with students, families, and staff
    • Support the social-emotional and developmental needs of young learners
    • Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to support classroom success
    • Participate in school activities and contribute to a positive school culture

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Experience working with young children preferred
    • ECE coursework or certification preferred but not required
    • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with staff and families
    • Warm, patient, flexible, and dependable personality
    • Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Catholic education

    Salary

    Range: $19.50�$21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

    Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant skills and prior relevant experience.
