Job Description
Monte del Sol Charter School is hiring Educational Assistants (1:1 Aides) to support students with high-needs disabilities. If you are compassionate, patient, and committed to helping students thrive, we'd love to have you join our team! Educational Assistants work alongside special education teachers to provide individualized support in an inclusive and caring school community

Monte del Sol Charter School is seeking compassionate, collaborative, and student-centered Educational Assistants to work alongside Special Education Case Managers in providing inclusion services for students with disabilities. Educational Assistants support students in general education classrooms, helping them access grade-level instruction, build independence, and achieve their IEP goals within an inclusive learning environment.

Must possess an NMPED EA license or be able to obtain
