Are you a qualified Early Years Educator ready to bring energy, creativity and genuine care to a purpose-built centre? We're looking for Diploma-qualified educators to join our centre — people who love what they do and want to grow with a forward-thinking organisation.
Your hourly rate will be negotiated based on your qualifications and experience, plus access to our Worker Retention Payment.

1. This role is NOT eligible for employer-sponsored visas (visa sponsorship). You must already hold the right to work in Australia. 2. On this occasion, we are unable to accept applicants working towards their Diploma qualification, or applicants whose only qualification is a Graduate Diploma or Masters of Teaching without the required experience (see below). 3. Our centres operate extended hours. Whilst we do our best to be flexible, candidates must be available to work opening shifts, closing shifts, or both. We are unable to accommodate school-hours-only availability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging educational programs aligned to each child’s individual needs.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families, fostering a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and uphold a safe, nurturing environment.
- Contribute to the centre’s positive culture and collaborative team.
Essential Requirements:
Qualifications
- Completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with a minimum 2–3 years’ Educator experience in a long day care setting within Australia
Certificates & Checks
- Working with Children Check, mandatory
- National Child Safety Training (GECCKO), mandatory
- RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA), mandatory
- Training to respond to child abuse and neglect (ACT)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate/s
- Asthma Management Certificate
- Anaphylaxis Certificate
