Back to Basics Learning Dynamics is seeking an in-person English Language Learning academic support tutor to work with high school students developing their command of the English language.
Location: Wilmington, DE 19805
Type: IN PERSON
Schedule: Flexible; Must have availability between 7:30 - 2:00 pm two days a week for scheduling purposes
Hours: Scheduling 6- 8 hours a week
Description: One-on-one or small group instruction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience, not including student teaching
- Must have 2 years of experience working with English Language Learning students
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience developing lessons and monitoring progress
- Documentation of attendance and material covered needed
- Organization skills
- Effective communication skills - both verbal and written
