Your new responsibilities
- Monitor process performance and establish controls to ensure stable production output
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement effective corrective actions
- Provide daily engineering support to manufacturing operations and work closely with Production, Quality, Equipment and Product Engineering
- Analyse yield loss trends and identify root causes using statistical tools.
- Investigate customer complaints and internal quality excursions, identify Root cause and Define Corrective and Preventive Actions
- Lead or take part of the cost reduction, cycle time reduction, and productivity improvement projects
- Create and maintain process specifications, work instructions, FMEA, Control Plans, and engineering reports
Who we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing, Materials, Industrial, or related field).
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- 1–3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of semiconductor backend assembly processes is preferred
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and process control techniques.
- Experience in Minitab, JMP, SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plan, APQP
- Problem-solving methodologies: 8D, DMAIC, 5-Why, Fishbone Analysis
