Job Summary
The Support Operations Engineer plays a crucial role in developing and delivering high-quality code and solutions within the Support & Operations team. Key Responsibilities
1. Develop Code And Scripts Using Powershell And Python To Automate Operational Tasks And Improve System Performance.
2. Maintain Existing Power Bi Dashboards And Reports, Troubleshooting Issues And Ensuring Data Accuracy And Integrity.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Implement New Features In Power Bi, Enhancing Usability And Functionality.
4. Document Code, Processes, And System Configurations To Ensure Knowledge Transfer And Compliance With Best Practices.
