Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the delivery of comprehensive engineering services by contributing to the development of technical solutions that address complex challenges. The role requires collaboration across various engineering disciplines, including structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Throughout the day, the practitioner assists in problem-solving activities, applying a blend of scientific, socio-economic, and technical knowledge alongside practical experience to meet business goals. This position demands active engagement in multidisciplinary teamwork to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects and the achievement of organizational objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to build knowledge and support the team.
- Participate in Problem Solving discussions.
- Assist in documenting and maintaining engineering processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze data relevant to engineering challenges.
- Support junior team members by sharing insights and facilitating knowledge transfer.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- Strong understanding of technical documentation standards and practices related to aircraft maintenance.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering principles within the context of maintenance manual authoring.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the aerospace industry.
- Effective communication skills to clearly convey technical information in written form.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of maintenance manuals.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 0-2 years of experience in Aircraft Maintenance Manual Authoring Guidelines.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
