SUMMARY

The Enterprise Program Manager is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex, cross functional programs and providing oversight across the EPT team portfolio. This role partners with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and project managers to ensure strategic initiatives are prioritized, governed, and delivered successfully.

The Enterprise Program Manager serves as the primary coordination point for enterprise initiatives, helping translate organizational priorities into executable programs, identify dependencies and risks, establish consistent project management practices, and provide leadership across the EPT portfolio.

This position does not require formal people management responsibility, but is expected to provide functional leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project managers and project teams.

  • Facilitate alignment among groups with differing priorities, perspectives, and objectives.
  • Support organizational change by ensuring communication, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption activities are incorporated into program planning.
