Our Project Engineer Career Development (PECD) program is a cornerstone of our growth and development philosophy. With an emphasis on in-field learning and development, our Project Engineers can expect to master critical construction skills, including:

About PULLMAN Philadelphia:

Our Project Engineer role will be an in-office position supported by our PULLMAN Boston team located in Swedesboro, NJ.   Our PULLMAN Boston team will tackle projects across multiple industries; however, this branch’s primary industries are commercial, and public.  Throughout your tenure as a Project Engineer, you can expect to support multiple projects within these industries.  For more information on PULLMAN Philadelphia, please refer to PULLMAN Philadelphia's website:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree- preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study.

  • Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher.

  • A minimum of one relevant internship experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.

  • Aptitude for solving problems.

  • Reliable transportation from the office to jobsites.
