Job Title: Data Processor



Department: Production



Reports To: Warranty Administration Team Manager



Work location: In office, Beloit WI

Position Summary:



The Data Processor is responsible for the timely and accurate entry of data into Dealer Management Systems and Manufacturer Systems. Specifically, they execute clerical entry of recall campaigns and PDI/maintenance claims to WPI claim handling standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



• Verify received repair orders against information in the dealership’s Dealer



Management Systems (DMS) to prepare for claim submission and completion,



ensuring the account is maintained accurately to payment expectations and



does not lose warranty money owed.



• Maintain positive communication and interactions with staff at WPI.



• Maintain and update account specifics and handling requirements to ensure



backups for accounts are provided with knowledge of account requests.



• Maintain accurate records of claims throughout all steps of the process,



updating claim notes daily with accurate detail.



• Respond to communications in a timely manner and within WPI expectations.



• Communicate training or resources needed as required to execute



responsibilities efficiently.



• Self-Report all issues identified.



• Review all warranty repair orders for accuracy, communicating any



inconsistencies noted with customers as necessary.



• Follow WPI Policy and Procedures for all claim handling.



• Works closely with the WPI Team to ensure customer satisfaction.



• Other duties as assigned.
