ProSidian Seeks a Entry Level Program Coordinator | Program Coordinator [COC0066065] for Program Support on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Charlotte, NC Across The Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).

Seeking Entry Level Program Coordinator candidates with relevant Government And Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government And Public Services Sector Clients such as COC.  This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Program Coordinator Functional Area Professional - Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services  Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Staffing Augmentation and Recruiting Services  (Entry Level Program Coordinator) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as City of Charlotte (COC) | Charlotte Cooperative Purchasing Alliance (CCPA) Generally Located In CONUS - Charlotte, NC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Entry Level Program Coordinator | Program Coordinator [COC0066065]

  • File and maintain program documents.
  • Answer phone calls and route inquiries.
  • Update program databases.
  • Assist with scheduling and meeting preparation.
  • Support staff with administrative tasks.
Qualifications:

  • Office administration experience.
