Job Responsibilities
As a Frac Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in our operations, responsible for the following:
- Operate and maintain frac equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and operational standards.
- Conduct pre-job inspections and post-job maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to execute complex frac jobs, demonstrating effective communication and teamwork.
- Monitor equipment performance during operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and job performance.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a frac equipment operator or in a similar role within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Ability to lift and carry 100lbs regulary.
- Willingness to work a 14 days on, 7 days off schedule, including overnight travel.
Preferred Skills
- CDL license.
- Experience with high-pressure pumping operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with hydraulic systems and equipment troubleshooting.
