Global Pacific Support is partnering with one of our clients to recruit a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant. This role is essential in providing administrative support, ensuring efficient communication, and maintaining organized systems that support daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records
  • Manage inbound and outbound email communications in a professional and timely manner
  • Support team coordination, including follow-ups and information sharing
  • Assist with administrative and miscellaneous tasks as needed to support executives and teams
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation
