Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, communication, and project coordination skills who enjoys helping executives stay organized, efficient, and focused on high-level priorities.
The ideal candidate has experience in remote executive support, calendar management, travel coordination, and cross-team communication, and thrives in a detail-oriented, proactive role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive calendars, meetings, and appointments.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and meeting notes.
- Handle email inbox management and respond to routine correspondence on behalf of executives.
- Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodation when required.
- Assist with project coordination and follow-ups across teams.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings.
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive company information.
- Support operational and administrative processes to ensure smooth day-to-day executive workflow.
- Assist with CRM updates, task tracking, and internal systems where necessary.
