· Provide Navigation Support to clients on booking tools (Serko, Cliqbook, GetThere & Neo), which would include – password reset, end to end navigation on the booking tool to create a booking, replicating the client booking and if required -escalating to Level 2 support for further investigations in the prescribed format.
· Ability to train new joiners and upskill individuals / team
· Ensure optimum customer service through effective use of the OBT, CRS, positive telephone service techniques, respond to special customer requests added in the bookings made on-line and maintain excellent client relations.
· Handling supervisory calls with clients
· Maintaining productivity and quality as per AmexGBT standards.
· Must have good knowledge of world geography.
· Must be proficient in CRS system (Sabre).
· Must have excellent airfare, car & hotel booking knowledge.
· Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
· Excellent Communication skills in English (Oral & written).
· Prior experience of SME responsibilities (Coaching, Training individuals/ team) would be an added advantage.
· Ability to Interact with Leadership and CGM’s
· Prior travel industry experience, i.e. excellent understanding of the Travel Industry will be an added advantage.Manage office supplies, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and maintain records.
