The MedSup Data Entry Associate is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining Medicare Supplement (MedSup) policy information in system databases. The role ensures timely processing of applications, policy changes, claims, and member information with high attention to detail, following compliance and HIPAA/PHI handling guidelines. The position supports overall business efficiency by ensuring data integrity, quality, and smooth operational workflow.

Review source documents such as enrollment forms, claims, underwriting decisions, and premium details before entry.
Validate completeness and correctness of information based on business rules.
