- Warmly welcome
customers and provide inspiring shopping experiences to fans
of all ages. - Understand
individual customer needs, present the LEGO product
range, and highlight additional benefits of
purchasing LEGO products. - Collaborate with
other sales associates to ensure the best possible service for
LEGO customers. - Act in accordance
with company procedures and guidelines provided by your
supervisor. - Ensure the store
back-office is organized and maintain product availability on
the sales floor - Address customer
complaints and escalate difficult situations to a
supervisor. - Follow health and
safety procedures (BHP).
Requirements
- Previous retail
experience is preferred - Be a brand
ambassador and represent the values of LEGO. - Excellent customer
service skills. - Very good
organizational and communication skills. - Basic computer
skills are an advantage. - Experience working
with children is a plus. - Willingness to work
flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
