Job Description

Job Summary

The Curriculum & Program Support Lead supports the successful implementation of OCEAA's Expanded Learning Programs by assisting with curriculum development, lesson planning, staff support, student engagement, classroom management, and daily program operations. This position works closely with the Assistant Coordinator and the Student Activities & Expanded Learning Coordinator to ensure students participate in engaging, high-quality enrichment activities that align with OCEAA's mission and EL Education principles.

The Curriculum & Program Support Lead serves as a resource for after-school staff by helping develop instructional materials, supporting lesson implementation, modeling effective classroom practices, and assisting with behavior management strategies. This role also provides operational support through attendance monitoring, supply coordination, enrichment scheduling, and event preparation. The Curriculum & Program Support Lead does not have formal supervisory responsibilities but provides instructional coaching and support to program staff.
