Position Summary The Extra Help Information Technology Support Associate is responsible for providing hardware and software support to the faculty and staff of the Jane Addams College of Social Work and its satellite offices. This position will be responsible for supporting the Field Instruction management system, Sonia. Duties will include assisting with managing field assignments, communications, managing forms, workflows and reporting in Sonia. Personnel interactions include faculty/staff at all levels to resolve problems and implement solutions.
