Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to lead a weekly FFA (Future Farmers of America) elective for middle school students during STEM programming. This position focuses on introducing students to agricultural science, leadership, and career exploration through hands-on activities, team projects, and FFA principles.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging weekly lessons aligned with FFA and STEM goals
• Introduce students to agricultural topics such as plant science, animal science, sustainability, and agribusiness
• Incorporate leadership development, teamwork, and public speaking activities
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and exploratory learning environment
• Collaborate with STEM staff to ensure program alignment

Qualifications:

• Experience in agricultural education, FFA, or STEM-related instruction
