The job
As a Front Office Technical Agent for this telecommunications & digital services company, you will be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues. Beyond solving technical questions, you also recognize and act on sales opportunities. You will handle mainly incoming calls, providing support and advice to customers on a wide range of topics related to:
- Fixed and mobile networks
- Broadband and carrier coverage
- Television and Wi-Fi connectivity
Your responsibilities include assisting customers with issues such as:
- Troubles logging into their account
- GPS signal problems
- Poor Wi-Fi or TV connection
- Malfunctioning remote control devices
- Other common technical challenges

Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write Flemish at a native level and English at a basic level (B2)
🎓 Experience in sales, commercial roles, or customer care is preferred
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
