This is a remote position.

The Opportunity:

At Pentoz, we are redefining how technology serves businesses and people. As a Fliplet Developer, you will use the power of no-code/low-code mobile app creation to develop customized, scalable apps for clients across industries such as staffing, hospitality, healthcare, and media.

This role is perfect for a detail-oriented builder who can combine business understanding with user-centric design using Fliplet’s platform to deliver elegant, functional apps—without writing full-code.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • App Creation: Designing and deploying mobile and web apps using Fliplet’s drag-and-drop builder and advanced development options (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).

  • Customization & Extension: Extending Fliplet functionality using custom code blocks, plugins, and APIs to meet complex client requirements.

  • Client Interaction: Working directly with internal stakeholders and clients to understand app objectives, workflows, and desired UI/UX.

  • Integration: Setting up integrations with CRMs, databases, Google Sheets, Zapier, REST APIs, and third-party services as needed.

  • Quality Assurance: Testing for cross-device functionality, performance, accessibility, and security within the Fliplet platform.

  • Documentation & Support: Creating knowledge bases and support material for end users and maintaining app revisions/version control.

This Role Is For You If:

  • You have 1–3+ years of experience in Fliplet or similar no-code/low-code platforms.

  • You understand basic front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript for customizing apps.

  • You have a keen eye for design, user flow, and performance on mobile and web.

  • You can translate business needs into app components, workflows, and data integrations.

  • You are self-motivated, proactive, and eager to solve problems creatively.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with other low-code tools like OutSystems, Appgyver, Glide, or Bubble

  • Worked on compliance, legal, or enterprise apps using Fliplet

  • Familiarity with data visualization, dashboards, or reporting tools

  • Experience integrating Google Workspace, Zapier, or Power Automate

  • Portfolio of published apps or internal tools built using Fliplet
