The Role:
As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will be instrumental in the evolution of our app. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our platform's performance. You will also be a key contributor to defining best practices across our teams and building a robust architecture that can scale to over 1 million active users.

What You'll Do:
*   Architect and build scalable and maintainable features for our Flutter application.
*   Ensure the delivery, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our platform's performance.
*   Define and uphold best practices for Flutter development across all teams.
*   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and ship high-quality products.
*   Contribute to our evolving architecture as we expand to new platforms.

Our Technical Stack:
You'll be working with a modern and efficient setup designed for scalability and multi-platform development. Our architecture includes:
*   A mono repo structure to manage our codebase efficiently.
*   Bloc for predictable and scalable state management.
*   Melos to handle multiple packages, apps, and platforms within the mono repo.

What You'll Bring:
*   Proven experience as a Senior Flutter Developer.
*   Deep understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices for building scalable applications.
*   Strong experience with state management solutions, preferably Bloc.
*   Familiarity with mono repo tools (e.g., Melos) is a strong plus.
*   A passion for performance, scalability, and writing clean, maintainable code.
*   Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a remote environment.
