Role Summary

This is more than a coding role — you’ll architect, build, and ship high-impact AI products alongside the founding team. Expect full ownership, rapid growth, and the chance to help shape a category-defining company from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape the architecture and technical direction of a fast-moving, application-layer platform.

  • Build product features that measurably improve go-to-market effectiveness for our customers.

  • Ship in tight cycles; measure outcomes and continuously raise the bar on reliability, data quality, and UX.

  • Act like an owner-learn fast, unblock yourself, and set a high standard for speed, quality, and teamwork.

  • Work closely with our research and product teams to bring language, retrieval, and embedding models into production with strong safety and observability.

Requirements

  • 2+ years building production full-stack applications.

  • Strong Python skills; proficiency with FastAPI, Django, or Flask for RESTful and async APIs.

  • Hands-on experience with React/Next.js and modern TypeScript/JavaScript.

  • Familiarity with distributed systems (Celery, Kafka, PostgreSQL) and data pipelines(Airflow, Spark/Flink).

  • Comfortable with AWS (or similar), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

  • Proven ability to deliver customer-impacting features quickly in a startup environment.

Bonus Points

  • Experience orchestrating LLMs with LangChain or OpenAI function calling (multi-agent systems a plus).

  • Background in information retrieval, vector search, or embeddings.

  • Exposure to real-time streaming frameworks (Kafka, Kinesis).

  • Previous startup or founding team experience.

  • Notable open-source contributions or standout personal projects
