About the Role
Revmind Labs AI is a boutique deep-tech AI company building production-grade AI and software systems for enterprise customers,
especially in pharma and CPG. We are hiring a Fresher Full-Stack Engineer to help build real systems that move from idea to
production - not just demos.
You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, AI workflows, dashboards, and deployment with guidance from senior
engineers. This is a full-time engineering role for someone who can think clearly, learn fast, build carefully, and improve through
feedback.
What You Will Work On:
- Build modern web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Create clean dashboard, workflow, AI tool, and enterprise user interfaces.
- Build and integrate backend APIs using Python/FastAPI or Node.js.
- Work with PostgreSQL, SQL queries, data models, and APIs.
- Connect frontend screens to backend services, authentication, and data layers.
- Build KPI dashboards, charts, widgets, filters, and analytics interfaces.
- Integrate AI/LLM workflows into products in a safe, reliable, user-friendly way.
- Debug issues across UI, API, database, and deployment layers.
- Support client-specific customization, testing, documentation, and deployment.
How We Evaluate
We focus on ability, clarity of thinking, project quality, and learning speed - not pedigree. The process may include CV/GitHub
screening, a short technical conversation, a practical full-stack task, code/design discussion, and a final fit conversation. The task may
involve a small dashboard, API integration, SQL query, or full-stack feature using sample data.
Tech Stack Exposure
Frontend - React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Backend - Python, FastAPI, Node.js
Database - PostgreSQL, SQL
Product Areas - Dashboards, analytics tools, APIs, enterprise workflows, AI-enabled products
Deployment - AWS, Vercel, Docker, CI/CD, serverless systems
AI - LLM APIs, AI workflows, RAG, prompt-based systems, AI-assisted product features
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
- Strong programming fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one backend language such as Python or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience building web apps using React, ideally with Next.js.
- Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP, JSON, authentication, and client-server architecture.
- Comfort with SQL basics and relational databases.
- Ability to build, test, debug, and explain your own work.
- Clear thinking, ownership mindset, and willingness to ask questions when requirements are unclear.
- Curiosity about AI products, LLMs, enterprise software, and data-heavy applications.
- Low-ego attitude toward feedback, code reviews, and team learning.
Minimum Expectation
You should have built at least one meaningful project such as a working web app, dashboard/admin panel, backend API connected to
a database, data-heavy application, AI assistant, workflow tool, or full-stack college project. College projects are welcome if they show
clear thinking and real implementation effort.
Good Signals
- A GitHub project with clean code and thoughtful structure.
- A real web app, dashboard, workflow tool, AI assistant, or data-heavy app.
- Backend APIs connected to a database.
- Project experience involving authentication, deployment, or production-like concerns.
- Ability to explain trade-offs and learn independently without perfect instructions.
Nice to Have
- Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Radix UI, Zustand, TanStack Query, or similar tools.
- FastAPI, Express, Django, PostgreSQL, AWS, Vercel, Docker, CI/CD, or serverless deployment basics.
- Exposure to LLM APIs, RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, dashboards, analytics tools, or data visualizations.
- Understanding of product design, UX quality, and user workflows.
Benefits
Compensation and Growth
Compensation will be highly competitive. This is an opportunity for a fresher to learn from production-grade AI and software delivery,
contribute early, and grow with the engineering standards of the company.
