This specific team works on initiative related to IT security and digital assets (crypto assets, tokenization of assets) based on public blockchains. You will be working in the Amsterdam office in a very international and dynamic environment. The customer requirements drive the innovation methodology process and you will align with internal and external sponsors and other stakeholders to validate the vision.
You will be part of a growing team of 6 people with various value adding backgrounds and focus (Initiative, Customer, Experiment and Technical). The team will size as the project requires.
Your role
As a Front End developer, you will be implementing front-end features for a POC application. These features will cover a broad range of aspects, from UI & front-end development to building REST APIs, as well as mobile development and CI/CD tasks.
You will also be contributing as Full-stack developer to the evolving design and architecture of the application.

Must have:
- Demonstrable development experience in Javascript and either Python or Java (or other JVM languages)
- Strong focus on code quality
- Experience with designing and building REST APIs
- Knowledge of IT security challenges and ways of addressing them
- Able to work with Git
- Experience with UI design and front-end development (HTML/CSS/Javascript) with modern frameworks (Angular, React, Vue)
- Experience with CI/CD and regular OPS tasks
Nice to have:
- Mobile development with frameworks such as React Native or NativeScript
- Mobile development for security (fingerprint scanning, key management)
- Blockchain / DLT development experience
- Cryptography related experience
- Knowledge of the Bitcoin ecosystem and protocol
