Compensation: Monthly Salary $7823.27 - $12970.28

Designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages. Mentors those in less senior positions.
Provides leadership and initiative in a team environment. Ensures application of systems thinking principles allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software. Provide the necessary documentation to support the software Development Life Cycle. Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology. Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch new launch new business capabilities. Lead the resolution of complex problems. Mentor development of those in less senior positions.
Job Specific Information:
- As an Full Stack Developer Advisor, this position is focused on providing technical leadership for a scrum team
- Experienced software developer with experience in leading 12-Factor application and Cloud platform implementation
- Candidate will lead and oversee the development of software systems and work under the guidance of senior architects
- Provide technical guidance and execute on architectural patterns in collaboration with senior architects to application developers, participate in refinement sessions, and apply software design fundamentals to the chosen technology platform.
- Mentor and cross train others on the team
- Effectively work across geographically disperse locations and be comfortable in a 'remote' work environment.
Skills/Knowledge Considered a Plus:
- Formal systems development lifecycle experience.
- Java, J2EE experience, SQL
- Object Oriented Design and Development experience
- Understand software design patterns
- Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, CI/CD, Oracle database, UNIX / Linux
- Gradle and Maven build frameworks
- Integration technologies; such as SOAP, JMS, and REST
- Working experience in engineering, Service Oriented Architecture and MicroServices
- Understand software development methodologies (Agile)
- Experience in building real-time interfaces between heterogeneous systems.
- Working knowledge and experience developing large scale software systems.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Four (4) qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may off set the relate experience requirements.
