Our stack is built on Python and TypeScript, and while we don’t expect you to be an expert in everything, we need engineers with a "solver" mindset who can help us turn experimental data into a strategic global asset. Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our fast-moving team and contribute across our entire technical stack. From crafting responsive UI components in Mantine to optimizing Python logic and Postgres schemas, you will play a key role in evolving the Atinary platform.
You will help us implement agentic features that guide users through their experiments and ensure our system remains rock-solid by improving CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools. We value engineers who are proactive, curious about AI, and comfortable moving between frontend and backend tasks to get the job done.
Responsibilities
Build integrations between physical lab instruments and SDLabs, closing the gap between experiment execution and data analysis
Develop new agentic features that help users navigate the platform and make better decisions about their experiments
Scale and improve our QA and CI/CD pipelines to support faster, more reliable releases
Add monitoring and observability to the system so we can detect and respond to issues before customers notice them
Requirements
Strong knowledge of TypeScript and/or Python
Experience building single-page applications and engaging user interfaces
Backend development experience with a focus on maintainability and performance
Working experience with LLM-guided development
Strong analytical skills for interpreting complex problems and generating actionable insights
Excellent communication in English, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members
Bachelor's or preferably Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computational Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or a related field
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge in distributed architectures
Experience with AWS
Knowledge in data engineering and/or automation
Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g. HIPAA, SOC 2)
Knowledge in Chemistry and/or biochemistry
