We are looking for an experienced JavaScript-based Full Stack Developer / Delivery Lead to join our team and work on a web application. The ideal candidate should have strong full stack development experience, excellent communication skills, and experience working in an Agile environment.
The candidate will work closely with the Product Owner to understand requirements, collaborate with developers, drive the development team, clear bottlenecks, prioritize backlogs, and support user story grooming. The candidate should also have experience working in a DevOps environment and with AWS serverless technologies.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Understand requirements from the Product Owner and translate them into actionable development tasks.
• Collaborate with developers and drive the development team to deliver solutions.
• Identify and clear technical and delivery bottlenecks.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs.
• Participate in and facilitate user story grooming.
• Work closely with the Product Owner and development teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
• Develop and maintain web applications using modern JavaScript-based full stack technologies.
• Work effectively within an Agile development environment.
• Follow DevOps practices and Git-based version control.
• Work with AWS serverless technologies to develop and support scalable applications.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders and development teams.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
• Strong experience with Node.js.
• Strong experience with React.
• Strong experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Experience working in a DevOps environment.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Experience working with AWS serverless technologies.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience in driving development teams and clearing delivery bottlenecks.
• Experience in backlog prioritization and user story grooming.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Claude.
