The Division
Constellation1 is a leading provider of integrated technology, media, and data solutions to real estate franchisors, brokerages, agents, and MLS organizations and associations. The Position
We are seeking a Software Developer to help build and evolve our products, used by real estate organizations across North America. You’ll contribute to cloud-native applications, craft modern user interfaces, and collaborate closely with product and design to deliver great customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities:
• Contribute to building front-end applications using modern web frameworks (React + TypeScript preferred), with a focus on responsive, accessible, and user-friendly design.
• Support full-stack development when needed: .NET (C#) and/or Node.js/TypeScript on the back end; SQL as a primary store, with exposure to NoSQL where appropriate.
• Work on APIs (REST/JSON, GraphQL a plus) that integrate internal and third-party services securely.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate requirements into clear, testable deliverables.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that follows team standards.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions to learn and help improve quality.
• Help ensure applications are performant, secure, and reliable.
• Learn and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
• 4+ years of experience building web applications.
• Solid front-end experience with modern frameworks (React preferred) and responsive, accessible UI development.
• Familiarity with back-end development in C#/.NET and/or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Experience with SQL databases (schema design, queries, optimization basics).
• Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and an interest in learning cloud-native patterns.
• Understanding of version control (Git), Agile development, and modern software practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
Nice To Have
• Experience with Next.js or similar frameworks for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Exposure to search/recommendation systems (OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or AI-driven).
• Interest in AI/ML APIs and how they can enhance applications.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and multi-tenant application design.
