Job Description

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team at Excel Driver Services. You'll be working across our web application and mobile app. Work includes both the front end and back end, from feature development through deployment. This is a hands-on, in-person role where you'll collaborate daily with a tight-knit dev team to build training technology for real customers.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and ship new features across the full stack. Web app and mobile app
- Write clean, maintainable code on both front-end and back-end systems
- Own work end-to-end: from ideation to deployment
- Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and code reviews
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack
- Collaborate with developers to deliver quality software
- Stay current with relevant technologies and bring new ideas to the table


REQUIRED SKILLS & TECHNOLOGIES

  • C#/.NET              — back-end development, APIs, business logic
    - JavaScript          — front-end application logic and interactivity
    - HTML / CSS       — structure, layout, and styling
    - SQL                     — database design, querying, and data management
    - React Native       — cross-platform mobile development
    - Git / GitHub         — version control, branching, pull requests, collaborative workflows

         - Ability to communicate tasks and projects with team and clients

         - Ability to maintain documentation and work collaboratively in project management software


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Comfortable owning full-stack work without needing to specialize in one layer
- Solid communication skills — you keep people in the loop and ask good questions
- Reliable and accountable — consistent effort and attitude in the work place
- Eager to learn new tools, frameworks, and approaches as the tech evolves
- Works well independently and within a team


NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with LMS platforms or e-learning systems
- Background in simulation, training, or industrial software
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Exposure to Unity or real-time 3D applications


WORK ENVIRONMENT

This is a full-time, in-person position. You'll be on-site with the team, in the mix on real projects, and expected to engage.
