Job Summary: Under close supervision, designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation.
Essential Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Participate in new modern web development, maintenance, and support for systems within the management team’s area of responsibility
- Design, code, and test web-based and cloud native services/microservices based on specifications and business requirements
- Analyze existing applications and modify code to support new business requirements
- Participate in design and code reviews with peers
- Unit Testing and Production Support
- Ability to work and negotiate with technical and non-technical coworkers to accomplish goals
- Work with technical and managerial leadership to drive innovation and create best practices within the team
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements where appropriate
- Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to resolve production problems of low to medium complexity
- Demonstration of strong Business partner collaboration through joint ideation efforts resulting in deployed solutions
- Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills working within a culturally diverse development team with multi-regional development team members

Domicile: This position will be domiciled anywhere in the US.
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
