Job Summary:
Under general supervision, designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Under limited supervision, ensures application of systems thinking principles, allowing team members to independently design, code, test, and deploy software.
- Provide the necessary documentation to support the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Develop prototypes and solutions leveraging a diverse range of technology.
- Apply modern principles, technology.
- Apply modern principles, methodologies, tools, and systemic processes to support the launch of new business capabilities.
Abilities/Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus:
- Experience building Mobile applications on iOS and/or Android platforms with personalization, globalization, application level security/vulnerability protection, analytics, and integrating with APIs.
- Strong technical skills and experience using native mobile app development technologies, languages, libraries, and tools like Swift, Xcode, Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, GitLab, Jenkins, Sonarcube, HP Fortify, Lint, Firebase, …
- Knowledge and experience working on SAFe/Agile programs/Scrum teams.
- Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience defining, implementing, and maintaining a DevOps culture while executing continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Some travel required.
Domicile: This position will be domiciled in Plano (Dallas), Texas; Collierville, Tennessee (Memphis area); Colorado Springs, Colorado; Moon Township, Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh area); or Orlando, Florida with some travel required.
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. One (1) years work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
