To manage the design and development activities for a group. responsibility Includes systems and application analysis, programming, feasibility studies, etc.
The ideal candidate will lead a diverse team of DevSecOps enablers focusing on Culture Change (Learning and Experimentation), assisting with the development of High Performing Teams, while promoting the adoption of reliable, maintainable, and secure practices through Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery practices.
- Provide the leadership, direction, and execution of our software development through continuous integration, environment automation, and security implementation by leading best practices for build, deploy, test, code analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with agile scrum teams, system teams, and shared service teams to ensure processes and tooling meet the expected service level agreements.
- Collaborate with peers to evaluate new tools, technologies, and processes to improve speed, efficiency, and scalability of continuous integration environments.
- Execute upon enterprise and domain strategies to deliver consumable solutions to improve the efficiency of business and IT teams
- Understand the Software Development Processes and lifecycle management using Agile methodologies
- Lead the adoption of automation, integration, and orchestration tools such as Cloudbees CI & CD, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Lead & Oversee the design and creation of tools and frameworks that support deploying and managing code and services
- Lead & Oversee the definition of DevSecOps best practices and assist in the education and adoption of these practices.
- Provide ownership and support of supporting configuration management and deployment automation tools.
- Educate team members on emerging industry trends, technology, and IT best practices
- Contribute to a culture of fast feedback loops, continuous improvement, and operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements where appropriate
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Requires three (3) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
