Under limited supervision, designs, codes, tests and deploys software in all layers of the development life cycle. Provides the necessary documentation. Works with databases, APIs, servers, networks and various programming languages.

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Requires three (3) years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.
Domicile: This position will be domiciled in Colorado Springs, CO.
Remote Work: The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available based on business need.
Candidate will collaborate with others to develop software solutions that drive superior service and improved efficiency with high reliability, implement enterprise and industry-leading methodologies and patterns, and deliver outstanding experiences to customers.
Abilities/ Knowledge/Skills Considered a Plus
- Experience in developing IT solutions that drive superior service and improved efficiency, and deliver outstanding experiences to customers
- Successful track record of leading the delivery of complex technology solutions using modern web and cloud-based technologies
- SAFe/agile leadership experience
- Full stack development of Java/J2EE & web applications using Spring frameworks and modules
- Cloud platforms (PCF and Azure)
- DevOps delivery of fully automated CI/CD pipelines
- UI and native technologies including Angular & Vue
- Design and development of fully automated test suites for UI and web services
- Database and messaging technologies including design, development, performance monitoring and tuning.
