Requirements
Capabilities:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with 3+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack development, specializing in ReactJS, Next.js for Frontend, and Node.js or .NET Core for Backend.
- Developed efficient, scalable, and maintainable software solutions using ReactJS and Next.js for the Frontend, alongside Node.js or .NET Core for the Backend.
- Committed to maintaining coding standards and best practices, supporting team members to uphold code quality.
- Actively stayed informed on new technologies and tools to enhance development processes and improve project outcomes.
- Skilled in Frontend technologies: ReactJS, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Proficient in Backend technologies: Node.js, .NET Core, API development, and databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for effective teamwork within cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in Scrum practices.

- Contribute to the design and development of software solutions that enhance customer experiences and drive growth.
- Ensure software solutions are reliable, efficient, and secure, aligning with business requirements.
- Support the enhancement of CC's technical capabilities and processes, adapting to the evolving industry landscape.
- Investigate and resolve software defects, working closely with QA to validate and test solutions, aiming for defect-free applications.
- Proactively adapt to new technologies and tools, developing skills to meet changing project demands.
