Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to backend services. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within an agile environment, the focus remains on creating scalable and efficient systems that address complex business challenges with a cloud-first approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of system features ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP C4C SDK and PDI.
- Strong knowledge of full stack development principles including front-end and back-end integration.
- Experience with cloud-based architectures and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex software systems for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with software version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP C4C SDK and PDI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
