- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and implement best practices in software development to improve efficiency and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS Analytics.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
- Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and deployment strategies.
