Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the engineer contributes to solving complex business challenges through creative and efficient software development practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ACI Universal Payment BASE24-Classic.
- Strong experience in full stack development encompassing both frontend and backend technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments and agile development methodologies.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software systems.
- Experience with integration of payment processing systems and secure transaction handling.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ACI Universal Payment BASE24-Classic.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
