The workday includes collaborating with various teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, focusing on cloud-first strategies and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively. The role demands continuous engagement in problem-solving and delivering end-to-end system functionalities that align with evolving project requirements and client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable software components.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform, Confluent Streaming EDB Platform support
- Experience with cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Strong understanding of full stack development principles including frontend and backend integration.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance across distributed environments.

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
