Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality. The engineer continuously explores and applies emerging technologies to create innovative solutions that address complex business challenges. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the role demands adaptability and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality software that enhances client services and user experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, AWS Architecture.
- Strong experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of backend development using Java and related frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and deployment on cloud platforms.
- Ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
