Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span from the user interface to the backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across various components. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that address complex business challenges, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the role demands adaptability and creativity to enhance client services and drive project success through efficient and scalable software solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks.
- Strong experience in developing both frontend and backend components using modern web technologies.
- Ability to design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services effectively.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of database design, optimization, and management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
