The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the workday is dynamic and focused on solving complex business challenges through creative and efficient software engineering practices.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and technical requirements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using C# and ASP.NET Core.
- Familiarity with database design and management using SQL Server or equivalent relational databases.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and services, particularly those supporting scalable web applications.
- Ability to implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
